Java Senior Developer

• Ability to lead, provide technical subject matter expertise, mentor or manage team(s) engaged in application development, networking and collaboration
• Ability to communicate design decisions and mentor other technical staff around the various development technologies and decisions
• Ability to review and assess development and design to ensure robustness of system design, adherence to standards and processes
• Strong leadership abilities, including an assertive yet collaborative personality, to affect change across multiple organizations
• 10+ years of Java/J2EE development experience
• Extensive experience with JSP, XML, EJB and web services
• 10+ years of experience with technologies such as: J2EE Application Servers (Web logic, Web Sphere), ANT, and Shell Scripts
• 5+ years (and recent) experience with UNIX and Oracle
• Must have solid understanding of 3 Tier Architecture to include; Middle Tier
• Must understand large data flow and relationships between external feeds and internal systems
• Must have previous experience working with Terabytes of data
• Demonstrated experience with the full software development life cycle
• Ability to work as a team, collaborate well with others, achieve expected results in a fast paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of the US Residential Mortgage Industry preferred
