Title :Desktop Support - Help Desk/Desktop Support
Location :Owings Mills, MD
Starts out for 2 months
Rate : $30/hr
Must have Healthcare Experience and be Customer Focused(good personality)
Responsibilities:
* The Desktop Support Technician is responsible for providing routine support on member facing websites. This will entail assisting with password resets, troubleshooting, assistance setting up access, and providing prompt customer service.
Requirements:
* Requires a college degree in any General Business field or field or equivalent experience
* 5-8 years of commensurate and progressive growth experience in a Help Desk or Help Desk technical support environment
* Must have basic knowledge of PC, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Firefox and knowledge of web browsers.
* Familiar with Healthcare Customer Service environment and the support of Members, Groups and Sales
* A solid understanding of personal computers.
* Trained and experience with BMC Service Desk Experience or Knowledge Management Administration preferred.
* Familiar with direct Testing for release management to support immediate releases.
* Familiar with support of e-commerce or e-business web sites.
