WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

5 to 8 years of experience in software development using .NET technology.
Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio, MS SQL Server, Microsoft Enterprise Library, Windows Communication foundation, Silver Light, LINQ, MS Build, or other similar tools and libraries.
Experience working and integrating code within a CMS (preferably Sitecore)
Recent and strong experience building SOAP web services
WCF
XML –XSD xml schema. WSDL – web service description language.
WS * standard implementation a big plus. Ws-security is top of list here.
Candidates must also have:
Databases: SqlServer or other major RDB.

Application Servers

Candidates should have a skill set that includes the following.
Extensive understanding of database design and SQL is required.
Strong working knowledge of design patterns, object oriented analysis, design, and programming. N-Tier and/or distributed applications experience. Has SOLID or GRASP on their resume is a big plus here.
Must have experience with Agile software development best practices, including test-driven development, continuous integration, Agile Design, pair programming, eXtreme Programming (XP
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Has working knowledge of multiple business domains: telecomm, financial, investment banking, travel/transportation, energy, mortgage/lending, retail, etc.
