Position: Reporting Analyst (2 Positions)

Location: Minnetonka, MN

Duration: 3-6 Months

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Senior Report Analyst/Developer with SSRS to work with the United Healthcare Military & Veterans Access to Data team supporting recently awarded TRICARE West contract.
• Use analytical skills to work with other Access to Data team members to design/develop, program, maintain and publish queries and reports to support CareOne reporting application.
• Must be self-directed and creative to deal with interesting and complex issues.
• As a key resource to others, must maintain a high degree of accuracy along with attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  

Primary responsibilities:

• CareOne report analysis, design and development using SSRS
• Develop detailed test conditions and test cases to ensure quality of queries and reports
• Research and troubleshoot data questions
• Collaborate on problem resolution, team decisions and project planning
• Monitor plan dates and meet individual deliverables as well as support other team members to ensure project success

 Qualifications:

Required:

• 3+ years of data analysis and report development experience
• 2+ years reporting tool experience with SSRS
• 2+ years SQL query writing
  

Preferred:

• Experience with software development life cycle management (i.e. Business Requirements, Technical Documentation, Quality Assurance)
• Previous Healthcare Insurance industry experience
• Claims Reporting Experience
• Care One Application Experience
• Experience with SAS or Business Objects

BA/BS in MIS, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business or a related field
