Job Description: I'm looking for a very Sr. hands on Technical Lead with the experience to manage and create cohesiveness in the group.  Demonstrable experience of managing high-performance, high-capacity databases in a critical production environment Solid Oracle 11gR1/R2 RAC experience including build, general administration, troubleshooting (Break/Fix) and L3 performance tuning skills Experience in Clusterware (GRID Infrastructure) - CRS management and configuration Skilled in Oracle ASM administration Solid infrastructure knowledge including high-availability solutions such as Oracle Data Guard, Disk replication technologies (SRDF) , VERITAS clustering Excellent SQL & Database Level performance tuning skills Expertise in backup and recovery and migration using RMAN, Data pump and export/import. Experience in Oracle Exadata, Golden Gate replication a plus Expertise in database upgrades to 11G Experience in maintenance and management of databases using Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Control. Experience on Solaris, Linux and AIX OS including strong shell scripting skills. Competent in Change/Release Management ( ITIL based – preferably ITIL Foundation Certified) Willingness to work in a 24 * 7 Global support model Ability to be technical leader  with excellent communication skills

Any Database design or database maintenance experience is a plus. ·         Must have Sr level Powerbuilder development skills on versions 10/11 or 12 and experience in developing large-scale enterprise applications.
