Project Description:

The client is currently seeking a senior-level Java/J2EE developer to join its information security team.  The candidate will develop strategic enterprise security solutions with a focus on user access control, automated provisioning systems, enterprise authentication systems and related technologies which are essential deliverables to reduce risk and increase efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

·      Design and develop complex, multi-tiered transactional web applications using Java and J2EE technologies.

·      Implement integration between applications using both web services and custom APIs.

·      Develop front-end web applications using frameworks such as Struts or Spring and interactive technologies such as AJAX.

·      Build data access components, queries, and stored procedures in multiple database platforms including SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2.

·      Programmatically interface with directory services including LDAP and Active Directory.

·      Integrate with identity and access management systems for provisioning, authentication, and authorization.

·      Develop scripts in languages such as Perl or Python to perform data manipulation and server automation.

·      Deploy applications on J2EE application servers (Websphere) and troubleshoot application server issues when necessary.

·      Perform application testing and debugging for both new and existing code.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
